The VA will need to understand the using a CRM, work with moving clients in sages in our CRM
Understand the use of Pipelines in a CRM. Drag and drop system
The use of uploading excels files into our CRM
The use of using emails
Data entry of missing data in our CRM
Going to websites that company uses to check on personal client’s information if correct in our CRM
Understanding of using company sites to find information
Calling at time our clients for follow information
If VA can do Cross marking calls of current clients
Calling on old clients that have canceled to win back to agency
Having a 2nd language of Spanish and English as primary language
Virtual office assistant
