We are looking for a candidate who can handle inside sales for our real estate investment company. We generate an average of 20 leads per week in our nationally across the United States and need someone who is good at working on performance and can produce results and revenue for our company. You need to be a person who can follow directions, be a good listener, note taker, passionate, ready to grow with us as a company long term.
The responsibilities for this position will include:
- Being the first and main point of contact with our warm lead sellers who are already interested in selling their property to us.
-Collecting information on the property and the owner's situation.
-Determining a rough idea of the property's valuation (and having it approved by our sales manager)
-Organizing leads in our CRM.
-Managing follow-up with past leads
-Making offers to seller leads in our database
-Sending purchase agreements to sellers when our offers are accepted.
If you're great with talking to people and are a fast learner, you'll be a great fit!This position is hourly PLUS commission with a high income potential.
