About you: Ideally, you should have experience speaking on the phone setting appointments (we will train the right person), be hungry to get ahead, have a relatively neutral accent (so people can understand you on the phone and think you are calling from America), and be willing to take direction to achieve results. You need to have a stable internet connection that can handle VOIP dialing, the willingness to make 200+ calls a day, not afraid of hearing no, and a desire to win. You must be able to speak English fluently and a knowledge of Spanish is highly desirable.
