Real Estate - Acquisition Manager

We are real estate wholesale company in the U.S.

We are looking for a long-term (part-time) acquisition manager.
Our initial capacity is 10hr / week (few hours per day) and will expand as performance is verified.

Job description:

Call back to potential sellers and make an offer.
We use Propstream / Zillow in order to analyze the property and estimate the offer.
We use Podio as CRM to manage all the leads and workflows.

We use Vumber as our dialer.

We provide scripts and training to work with the systems.

Requirements:
* Fluent English.
* Experienced in Real estate for this type of work.
