• Must haves:
• Appropriate qualification degree
• Minimum 3 year experience in Call Centre Sales and outbound sales environment
• Must have a Dialer to call
• Reporting on daily basis
• Must be able to deliver 5 appointments a day
• Must be able to discover 10 leads a day
• Campaign is for New York, USA
• Maintains outbound unit service levels
• Ensures quality and effectiveness of calls
• Ensures all relevant customer requests are routed to the relevant admin team
• Ensure all “interested responses” are routed to the customer facing admin team
• Ensures all leads are actioned timeously
• Ensures adherence to work schedules
• Continuously identifying opportunities to improve self- performance
• Ensures effective execution of Adhoc outbound campaigns
• Provides detailed reports on campaign outcomes
• Ensures adherence to QA standards
• Provides reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Ensures accuracy of reporting
• Ensures real time reporting is always available and visible
