Warm-Lead, Inside Sales Agent (Appointment Setting)

LeadSprout has a fantastic marketing funnel for our clients in real estate. We generate low-volume, high-quality leads for Realtors across the USA and Canada. We need YOU for the very important role of scheduling appointments.

BUT, we are not looking for a basic "Appointment Setter". We are looking for someone who can handle objections, can adapt to surprise questions and situations that the lead brings up, and more. Resources and training is available of course, but here are the most important traits we're looking for:

1) Energy & Rapport Skills: When you are on the phone, do you sound bored? Or do you speak with enthusiasm? Are you able to connect on a deep level with the people you're calling? Do people want to stay on the phone with you or do they want to hang up?

2) Organization & Initiative: You will be working with the owner (Eden) to develop your own SOPs and will be given freedom to find the best path to success. But to handle that, you must be organized, punctual, must be able to act fast, ask questions and communicate with me (Eden), and be invested in the growth of LeadSprout. Our growth will cause your growth (huge growth opportunities will become available as we scale). Also, managing your time between new inbound leads, uncontacted leads, nurture leads, lead transfers, database leads, and the CRM requires that you stay organized.

3) Fluent Spoken & Written English: We are looking for someone that can speak English with a minimal or no accent. Our call training will go into how you control your voice in different situations and scripts, so you MUST be able to speak with no accent or with an accent from the USA or Canada.

Here is the role. You will work directly with Eden and will be assigned to client accounts that LeadSprout has. You will be given the details of the client and will meet with Eden about each client (as new clients sign up with LeadSprout). Each client will have specific marketing campaigns that will generate leads that are interested in buying or selling their home. Using our CRM (HighLevel), you will be notified as leads come in, you will respond to leads within 5 minutes with 2 phone calls through the CRM's dialer. Text & email automations will be sent automatically by our CRM. Your goal is to qualify the lead and, if they're qualified, schedule an appointment with the Realtor (face-to-face appointment/video meeting/phone call/live transfer). There are other complimentary tasks, but they support this main responsibility.

Important Notes:

1) Starting rate is shown in the job post. The more successful conversions you make (e.g. lead showed up), the higher the bonuses will be. In the future, additional roles will come with higher compensation.

2) The listed hours are 8am - 7pm, but you will work in 2, 4-hour blocks (i.e. 8am - 12pm, 3pm - 7pm).
