We're hiring Outbound Call Center, Representatives! This is a great opportunity for a mortgage.

Responsibilities

Receive inbound calls
Initiate outbound calls
Transfer leads to Mortgage Loan Originators
Maintain a daily call transfer report
Update lead databases with proper lead disposition after each call
Update lead database with notes regarding the status of each lead and the applicable action taken at the end of every call
Create customer interest in pursuing a loan application, build rapport and be able to overcome and move past prospective customer objections
Ensure customers are provided a positive call experience
Communicate professionally with customers at all times
Other duties as assigned

Must be able to talk to customers and build relationships over the phone
Ability to create a sense of urgency
Professional demeanor
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to handle a high volume of calls
Additional duties as assigned
Collect required documents for Loan submission

Looking for Live transfers when possible: Monday - Friday During business hours and the rest will be appointment setting.

All submissions will be provided with a custom webform for tracking.
