The Role:
We are looking for a bright, energetic, highly motivated individual to join our business development team as a Sales Development Representative. In this role you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying prospective new clients and opportunities for our SaaS product; including cold outreach via phone, email and text. You will be working directly with members of both our sales and marketing teams and are expected to be a quick learner.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Book/set appointments with business owners via our CRM for our closers.
Qualify outbound prospects and conduct the opening discussion for an uptime monitoring solution to small business owners and entrepreneurs while communicating our value proposition.
Prospect, work, and qualify leads generated via cold calling.
Prioritize and organize your pipeline of leads for maximum efficiency on a daily basis.
Record and update data in our CRM (Close.io).
Work with the business development team to improve lead to response time and appointment show rates.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience to all prospective clients.

Bonus Points
Experience in B2B sales.
Experience with Hubspot CRM, Salesforce.com, Close.io or other CRM.
1 - 2 years experience in sales related roles preferred.
