We are currently seeking to hire high-achievers for our remote property buying team. Your job will be to facilitate the acquisition process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients to lock down deals.
This is a unique opportunity to be a remote team member at a growth-stage of a nationwide real estate boom. As a remote property buyer, you will be responsible for growing the property acquisition pipeline with consistent follow up to negotiate real estate deals with warm leads.Being a member of a small team, you will enjoy thinking strategically while executing quickly and tactically with our streamlined virtual buying process. Extensive training will be provided on this highly rewarding position for candidates with go-getter attitudes.
Role Responsibilities
Utilize state of the art CRM and phone system daily to track all necessary contact with sellers and monitor the buying process
Follow up on all leads and requests for cash offers
Instruct sellers on the property condition photo checklist process
Qualifications
Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
2 or more years of experience in outbound phone sales• Ability to think, prioritize, and "change gears" frequently while problem solving
Ability to make consistent follow up calls to potential sellers and continue to work leads on a daily basis
Ability to reply to potential sellers and team members quickly throughout the day
Requirements

You must be able to work consistently without supervision or interruption
