Real Estate Lead Manager

We are looking for a virtual assistant with general real estate knowledge and strong English language to take the role of our lead manager. Our company specializes in residential real estate acquisitions in the US. Here is what the position entails:

- Conduct lead qualification interviews over the phone within 5-10 minutes after forwarded in our CRM.
- Will be the second point of contact after our cold calling agent.
- Setting appointments/follow-up calls for our acquisitions manager.
- Regularly communicate with our sales team and attend a weekly virtual meeting.
- Gather in-depth property details throughout the lead qualification interview.
- Send follow-up texts and voicemails to seller leads

We are a young and growing real estate company. The rate will begin at $5.50/hr with opportunity for increases in the future.
