Solar Appointment Setting

I am looking for someone that knows how to set a lot of appointments for a free in home solar consultation.

I can provide a script for you or you can use your own as long as it fits a few criteria.

A list of homeowners that are in qualified areas to go solar will be provided.

Pay is commission based, but you will not receive less than $600 for a 40 hour work week. ($15/hour)

Commission Structure:
$50 for every 24-hour confirmed* appointment
$50 if we sit** the appointment
$100 for every contract signed.

*24-hour confirmed means if you set an appointment for 3 days from today, you will need to confirm the day before that the appointment is still on.

Appointments set for the following day are already 24-hour confirmed and do not require a call back. (next day appointments are preferred)

**a sit means the rep was in the house talking to the person on title of the house. If a homeowner isn't home, or they refuse the appointment at the door and close the door giving us less than 15 minutes to "sell" our way in the house then it the appointment did not sit.

THIS IS NOT A BASE PLUS COMMISSION JOB, it is a base OR commission job
You will receive whichever is the greater of the two.

Performance expectations: 6 confirmed* appointments per week
No maximum on your performance.

Compensation example for one week: (2 appts per day)
10 confirmed appointments = $500
7 sits = $350
2 signed contracts = $200
total week compensation: $1,050
