We are a real estate company Looking for an experienced real estate telemarketer. Must be fluent in English and love talking with people, and have a nice friendly manner. The Virtual Assistant will take care of smaller day-to-day tasks in order to secure deals on very distressed homes. The VA is responsible for qualifying property owners that are interested in selling their home, appointment setting and confirmations, calendar management, and data entry.
The main tasks include:
- Generate Leads through platforms I will provide
- Skip Tracing leads on a website-based service,
- Cold Calling Campaigns with the intention of first qualifying property owners
- Setting up appointments to speak with us after securing the leads
- Posting Ads on Craigslist,
- Social Media Networking (connecting with Buyers and other wholesalers via Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, e.t.c).
The Virtual Assistant must have reliable and high-speed internet service, with backup. Work specific day & hours based on Central Standard time in the US - generally, 3 pm to 9 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday morning are negotiable. Should have experience with dialers and crm software.
Skills Required
- Efficient with great communication skills via phone, email, and chat
- Moderate knowledge of Google Excel and Google Maps
- Ability to cold call, generate leads, and skip trace
Time Required
- 10-15 hours per week.
Payment
- $5/Hr
