We are growing outsourcing company with two offices (Russia, St. Petersburg and Belarus, Minsk). Mostly we provide services to US and European market.
To say short we offer outsourcing software development services and looking for experienced sales agent who can constantly generate us new leads.
Must have:
1. Fluent English or native
2. Ability to work 70% of daily time in US work time (9 am -17 pm EST)
3. Must have experience with lead generation
4. We need person to be quite stable and positive
5. Must understand outsourcing software development market
6. Good previous experience.
Workflow:
1. You will be working with Zoominfo database and social networks like Linkedin, Xing, etc.
2. You will be sorting out those contacts which can be potentially interested in our services.
3. You will reach them via cold calls and emails and ask if they are interested in.
4. If they are interested you will arrange conference call or meeting for our CEO.
5. In certain case clients may have already project requirements. In this case you will need to work with our development department to prepare proposal and send it to client.
Generally we are looking for highly motivated person who will become important part of our team for many years. Who will take part in companys growth for next years.
