Objective is to reach out to potential sellers who have experienced extensive days on the market with no success of selling their home/property along with sellers who have recently expired contracts. Set appointments, gauge contractual limits, record and report expectations, promote the brand, handle objections, provide your feedback regarding processes to improve and increase effectiveness and productivity.
A successful candidate must be prepared to handle objections, multi-task (take copious notes throughout calls while engaging and adapting to the different scenarios that will arise).
Scripts will be provided- to include questions/answers, rebuttals, etc. Leads provided and to be recorded in excel format.
Please be prepared to provide information on your calls per hour average. Contract will be fulfilled on a weekly basis- this will allow for more time to gauge effectiveness.
Lead results to be emailed daily. Start time for calling 9am Eastern. Prior experience with Real Estate cold calling preferred.
