Need experienced Live transfer agents

Responsibilities:
• Our live transfer agents are responsible for following up with customers who have indicated an interest in our services. This is a work from home position with warm leads provided.
• The role requires shift work and flexibility is an asset.
• Hours of operation in Eastern time are from 8am to 9pm Monday to Sunday

Requirements:
• Two years’ experience as an outbound/live transfer agent in a call center environment considered an asset.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
• Must have a quiet work environment at home.
• A personal computer (Windows 7 or higher/ Mac OS X) and USB Headset.
• High-speed internet with a direct connection (no Wi-Fi, Hubs or Satellite connections). Minimum speeds of 20mbps download and 20mpbs upload.
• Must speak, read and write English fluently
