Appointment Setters - Business-to-Business (B2B) Markets

We are an insurance brokerage company based in Western Canada and are looking for an Appointment Setter with outbound calling experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) markets. The applicant should have good communication & listening skills, phone etiquette's, able to manage rejection and make a minimum of 125 outgoing calls in a 4-hour shift everyday - Monday to Friday.
Minimum 20 hours per week to start and the weekly hours shall be increased depending on the performance. Commission & Bonus shall be paid after a 6-week review of weekly targets. Starting hourly wage is US $5, but negotiable for the right candidate. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn & develop, committed and after 6- weeks follow a schedule of upto 25 -30 hours per week. Please apply in confidence to - Hiring Manager.
