Appointment Coordinator for Real Estate Company
We're a real estate investing company looking a high energy and self- starting coordinator. We're based in TX, USA.
What will you do?
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
? Cultivate relationships to convert inbound/outbound leads to appointments
? Generating leads and nurture relationship from leads to close
? Manage the sales database through the sales cycle

What are we looking for?
o English native language and Spanish speaking is a plus.
o Friendly demeanor, confident, self-starter who works well independently.
o Reliable, needs to be able to consistently show up to work
o Professional Phone etiquette
o Must have a strong internet connection along with a plug-in headset with noise cancelation
o A quiet working environment.
Must have real estate cold calling experience for at least 6+ months & experience using Xencall or Mojo Dailer.
Time commitment: - at least 25 Hours per week.
All hours are central hours CST
Attend meetings as required. Team meeting is on Monday 8-9:30am
Extreme ownership on “No lead left behind” -- Meticulous follow up per policies and procedures
