Looking for a highly motivated, sales, and negotiation expert! We have a virtual assistant cold calling 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. We currently have over 70 leads to follow up with. You will be able to comb sites such as craigslist, Zillow, Redfin, etc. to source leads for yourself as well as whatever creative marketing techniques you would like to use to source leads if you choose. Otherwise, you will be required to follow up and document conversations with our leads. We are a "we buy houses" real estate business (wholesalers) with a multiple line dialer and VA ALREADY sourcing leads for you. We are a husband and wife and VA team for now so you will be a very close member of the team.
Experience in commission based work preferred and experience with real estate Required.
The independent contractor will work between 15-20 hours per week (Flexible)
This position is 100% commission based with bonuses at Senior level Acquisition.
Jr. Acquisition (Training)
Paid 8% of the fee. Assignment fees so far have ranged from $7,000- $45,000. There is no cap on how much you can make. You will get paid on the day that the deal closes and funds are distributed through the title company. After your first two deals have closed within 30 days from each other (or 2 deals in one month) you will then be upgraded to the Senior level Acquisition manager.
**Must get at least 1 contract within the first 30 days of hire. Must maintain 1 contract per month minimum.**
Senior Acquisition (Pro)
Once Pro level is reached acquisition member must obtain a minimum of 2 deals a month (within 30 days) to keep pro-level standing. You will then be awarded a bonus that increases based on the total fee amount. If you can get 3 contracts to close within 30 days you will be bumped to 10% commission for all 3 fees, + any other bonus achievements accrued.
Assignment Fee
$ 1,000- $19,999- 8% fee
$20,000-$29,999- 8% fee + $500 Bonus
$30,000-$39,000- 8% fee + $1000 Bonus
$40,000-$49,000- 8% fee + $1500 Bonus
$50,000 or more- 8% fee + $2000 Bonus
Example: $10,000 assignment contract closes on the 3rd of January, another contract for $5,000 closes on the 10th of January, and a third contract closes for $20,000 on January 30th = $1000 + $500 + $2000 + $500 bonus= $4000 paid to you for January.
Roles: Make contact with leads, pitch, make offers, set appointments, negotiate, fill contracts, run numbers.
We are looking for someone who is very skilled in sales, has worked in real estate, and is great at negotiating.
You must also have a laptop, reliable internet, and the ability to make calls. The software we use will be provided for you. Back up equipment preferred (laptop, wifi, phone, ect.)
You will also be prioritized if you are bilingual in English/Spanish
