Acquisition Associate

Outbound Sales Duties and Responsibilities:
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people
- Communicating with sellers via phone, SMS, and email marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential sellers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential Seller
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Previous experience in real estate, outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Podio experience preferred
- Fluency in English
- Be available to work Monday - Friday, Hours are flexible, (Eastern Standard Time Zone)
- Have access to working computer and internet during work times (and a plan B if it fails)


30+ hours of work a week.

We are also looking for a virtual executive assistant. Compensation will be based on if the candidate can perform task in both roles
