We are looking to hire 3 experienced lead generators for our easy campaign. You must speak excellent conversational English to be considered for this Job. This is a full time role and you will be working a total of 35 hours a week. from 12pm - 7pm (UK Time) Monday to Friday.

About The Job
You will be scheduling call backs with potential UK investors, so our sales team can talk with them about a great investment opportunity. We provide you very targeted leads all of whom are existing investors, so there is a good chance they may have an interest. Especially considering that investment opportunity is incredible and provides a range of tax reliefs, meaning investors can get back 50% of the value of any investment in the form of income tax relief. The investment Is also approved by the UK government!
The sales process is very short, relaxed and consultative and does not require you to be pushy. The average successful call takes less than 5 minutes from start to finish. We will give you a great sales script which works really well and generates lots of appointments.
The sales call is really just having a quick and friendly chat with investors, offering to send them a brochure, giving them a brief overview and then seeing if they would like a call back from an advisor to discuss more.
The starting wage is $5.75 an hour, however once you have scheduled 100 call backs ( that should take you about 10-14 days) we will increase your hourly wage to $6.75. After you have scheduled a total of 250 appointments since you started work we will increase your hourly wage to $7.75. However for individuals that truly excel with us, there are no limits. We promote from within and have other jobs that start at $27 an hour.
We also offer amazing cash bonuses and incentives every now and again! We are only hiring 3 people right now, and we will personally work closely with each successful applicant to train you and ensure your success.
We provide, great leads, call scripts, call recordings, training manual, objection handling documents, dialler and crm. More importantly we make sure the work atmosphere is fun and flexible. You can take your breaks whenever you want. We care about results, not the amount of dials you have made.
We will provide a group chat facility, so you can communicate with your new remote based colleagues, and someone from the company. In this group chat you can discuss best practices, get advice, see daily incentives or just chat about the weather if you wish.
