We are a leading Home Insurance Broker located in Texas looking for a highly motivated, dynamic Sales Professional. This position is responsible for cold calling home owners. You will be given scripting and all tools necessary. Your goal is to introduce our brokerage to clients and a premier home insurance broker and convince them to allow us to send them a quote for their home insurance. You will gather needed information from them in order to accomplish this and our back office takes care of the rest. You must be very diligent about rebutting objections and follow up is a must!
Location not important as the position is 100% remote. You must have a quiet place with good internet access and a USB headset. This is a full-time or Part-time position. There are advancement opportunities available for the right successful candidates.
If you do not like cold calling do not apply. This is a 100% cold call position.
competitive Base Salary shall be provided with performance bonuses.
Experience & Aptitude Requirements:
Two-plus years of heavy outgoing cold calling experience.
The ability to make 300 plus calls a day (Dialer Provided)
A burning desire to succeed.
Must have an open mind and be able to follow directions.
Must have a dependable computer & USB headset. Also must have a stable internet connection.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not a must.
A college degree is preferred but we will make exceptions for hungry candidates.
You must have a quiet place to work from.
