This job requires you to keep the CRM system up to date as all calls are a prospect at some point and time in the future.
This job is for a professional to make calls to New Zealand businesses so being available to work during business hours as per New Zealand time is an important part of the role.
Every call could be a prospect as all businesses need a Telephone System and Telephone Business Line Billing requirements. So it will be important to identify when the prospects Contract for both the Telephone System and Telephone Business Account have a review date.
We will need to identify the person responsible and get their email address for regular contact. If you identify they are in a position to review either of their Telephone Systems or Business Lines then objective would be to make an appointment.
We would look at a bonus structure the more appointments you make that result in a sale.
Job Description:
Were looking for a Lead Generation expert to help us make appointments with businesses, we wish to gain new customers and increase revenues for our business.
Your responsibilities:
- Qualify and allocate leads for sales Director.
- Update the CRM, document, track and monitor all leads and interactions.
- Identify and nurture relationships with prospects via phone & email.
- Develop deep knowledge of our products and offer customized business solutions to prospects.
- Follow up with any leads to ensure the appointment went well and they wish to procede to proposal stage.
Your qualifications:
- Primary skill: Lead Generation
- Experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple on-going relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A complete profile
- References or an established reputation on preferred
