Real Estate experience cold caller needed

We are looking for a highly motivated, well-spoken person who has excellent phone skills and has the ability to set appointments. You will be working the majority of your time on the computer and phone making cold calls, making outbound lead calls.

Requirement:
-English native language only
- at least one year of experience
-Build rapport with sellers
-Manage leads and stay organized using our internal including adding leads, conversation notes, response times, and follow-up attempts into the database
- Must know calltools dialer or willing to learn.
-Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, , cold calling
-Answering potential lead questions and follow-up calls.
