Cold Caller Needed

Seeking a cold caller to call motivated sellers utilizing a script. Must speak very clear English and be able to forward leads to me at the end of day.

Would also be an added plus if you are able to close the deal and have proven real estate experience with running comps for properties as well. Please state this in your proposal if you can.

Will administer a test to make sure comps are accurate before moving forward if you have this experience.
