A Fast growing real estate investment company is seeking a highly motivated, diligent and positive acquisition agent to join our global team!
We specialize in wholesaling, rehabbing, buying and selling US based properties for the domestic and international crowd.
And we're A very unique, flexible, innovative and fun global remote company, that operates in multiple markets in the US real estate sphere.

For this position We require an individual who Speaks English as a native tongue, with a solid interest in residential real estate. we will consider *ANY* qualified applicants from anywhere in the world, if they have a strong desire to succeed, hunger to write their own check, great human interaction skills, a goal to earn and learn and internalize our proven and successful work processes.

This position is Digital Nomad/location independent friendly and can be done from everywhere, prospect
connections are done on regular business hours EST.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

- Coordinating phone appointments with interested property owners and pre-qualifying them
for their timeline and motivation to sell.

- analyze deal potential with our disposition manager for optimal price to offer -
and independently conduct a negotiation with the property seller to achieve a signed agreement

- keeping constant communication with signed sellers until we sell off the deal

-update correspondences in our CRM platform and follow up potential sellers on an ongoing basis
