Xspertto is looking for a business development rep with experience calling and setting appointments with small business owner with revenues less than $5 million dollars. We need someone who is hardworking and is not afraid to pickup the phone and be willing to face rejection. The individual needs to be able to understand the services we offer and get the prospect interested in having a discovery meeting with our internal sales team.
As a business development representative, you will:
Must cold call leads that are provided and get to the decision maker.
Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
Determine the prospect's interest in our Digital marketing packages.
Schedule discovery meetings for our account executive.
Achieve 15 meetings a month and must perform at least 100 calls a day.
Required qualifications:
Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
Must track activities using our CRM.
