We are looking for a candidate who can handle inside sales for our real estate investment company. We generate an average of 30-50 leads per week in our markets that we are doing business in. We our representatives to be someone who is a hustler and is ABLE TO MAKE 50-60 calls per day!!!!.
Your duties in this position will include:
- Being the first and main point of contact with our warm lead sellers who are already interested in selling their property to us.
-Collecting information on the property and the owner's situation.
-Managing follow-up with past leads and making offers
-Making offers to seller leads in our database
-Sending purchase agreements to sellers when our offers are accepted
