REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER

I'm building a team for my business, looking for good cold callers to help grow my business and your success also. The successful candidate will be contacting homeowners via dailer and text messaging. Primarily making outbound calls and some inbound (call backs) using dailer system (call tools). I am looking for an agent to call 5-6 days out of the week for 4-5 hours per day. Qualifying leads and building rapport while gathering property condition and other factors in negotiating. Setting appointments and follow ups for acquisition team.

I am a very loyal business owner who is looking to find long term, team members.

Qualifications:
1. You must speak English well and fluently.
2. You must be able to have a conversation with our leads to explain who we are and what we do.
3. Rapport building skills is a must
4. You must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (5mbps minimum).
5. Preferred experience in using call tools and podio.
