Cold caller needed

We are a real estate company looking for a good English speaker to work as an cold caller and perform outbound lead generation in the US market.

Requirements:

Prior cold calling and outbound telemarketing experience in the real estate industry.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
Comfortable with using scripts and have the ability to follow recommended guidelines for duration and content of each phone interaction
Must have your own reliable high-speed internet connection.
Ability to work 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Shift can be between 9am and 7pm US time zone.
Must be in Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala or Belize.

Position includes hourly salary plus bonus based on performance.
