The ideal candidate is passionate about creating wonderful experience for guests who stay at our homes. You should be detailed oriented, have desire to be the best, and work well with a team.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver Guest Positive Experience from inquiry to check-out.
• Work with Sales Manager to create more bookings
• Help guests to plan their stays with us
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
• Sufficient computer and network skills to connect to our cloud-based system and software remotely
• Attention to detail
Requirements:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Solid knowledge of Houston and surrounding areas
• Have high speed internet
• Must be fluent in English
