Looking for a person with great personality and very likable on the phone. You will be calling existing clients that are new to the plan, making sure they have received their ID cards and their Welcome Kit and make them feel welcome. You will find out if they need help with anything. You will also call clients that have been with us for 2 months are more and asking them how the plan is going for them. When calling the clients that have been on the plan for more than 2 months you will also try to Up-sell them with other products that we offer. Number 2 you will be calling on different campaigns that have different guidelines. We will keep you busy.
