The commission this position offers is very easy to obtain. You are an appointment setter for our sales representatives, you are to submit 5-10 qualified solar leads a week to sit for a 20-30 min presentation. If the Prospect you submit closes, you are compensated on a performance based commission structure that starts off at $100 per close and moves up to $150. Performance based positions are meant to divide applicants up to either be really good at what you do or you learn very quickly, and that’s exactly what I’m looking for. Qualified candidates for presentation will be homeowners, qualifying credit score, and able and willing to hear a presentation on why solar is a great option for them to go with and how much money we can save them.
