I’m Looking for someone with some experience in LEAD GENERATION. Must speak great ENGLISH and great SPANISH. We are a wholesale real estate investment firm. We offer hourly pay & monthly bonuses. We are looking for individuals with real estate cold calling experience and the ability to produce generate a minimum of 5 SOLID leads per day. The Job is easy you will be cold calling home owners in the U.S and kindly asking them if they are interested in selling their home for a cash offer and if they agree then you will be setting up a phone appointment and that's pretty much it... like I said the job is pretty simple.
*****MUST SPEAK GREAT ENGLISH AND SPANISH!!!!!!!
• *Ability to call 100's of numbers daily, auto-dialer provided.
• *Setting phone appointments.
• *Strong phone presence and voice.
• *Basic writing and computer skills.
• *Excellent communication skills.
• *Naturally happy and upbeat disposition.
Responsibilities
• *Primary job is to be on the phone!
• *Be able to communicate well over the phone.
• *Zero tolerance for barking dogs or loud background noises
Producers will be rewarded $$$$
Required experience:
• Some Real estate cold calling experience preferred
- Experience using Call-Tools is a PLUS!!
