Agent will be paid a set hourly rate plus commission of $500 per funded loan. Please quote your desired hourly wage within your bid/proposal. The commission portion will be paid typically in two weeks after the deal goes through.
We are seeking call agents who have experience in the mortgage refinance industry. You will mostly be answering inbound calls. Your only outbound calls are to potential clients who you have spoken with from inbound calls to follow up with.
You need to be familiar with using Microsoft Outlook as you will be sending and receiving emails from there. You will be responsible for the leads to submit documents. Here is where persuasion comes in. Here is where excellent follow up comes in.
Part of your job description would be to persuade potential clients to submit the documents to us that is required to receive their loan. Then you will follow up with the potential clients to build the relationship. You will not give quotes. Someone else on our staff will do that.
Familiarity with the mortgage refinance business and its terminology and terms is desired. You should know how to calculate the debt-to-income ratio.
You will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, and by your choice, anything above that up to 40 hours.
We only handle mortgage refinance loans in the state of California, so please make sure calling on the West coast can fit into your schedule.
