We provide the leads, you create the connection with your leads/prospect and solve there problems for profit.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze Markets, comps, data research, asses property condition and property value
- Follow up on leads, request information, solving problems, make offers, send contracts
- Monitor a sales process throughout the CRM
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- You are driven to succeed
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills and have fantastic phone skills
- High speed internet PC AND CELL
Compensation
- Commission: 5-7% of the gross profit!
