Job Description:
**Must be able to work Full Time during the hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (US - PST) / Mon-Fri

Virtual Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and arrange employer’s/teachers calendar
- Market for new students, teachers, and sponsors
- Research materials for Supplemental Music Education
- Manage social media accounts and replies
- Calculate Payroll for Teachers and invoicing clients
- Manage filing systems, update records on CRM
- Coordinate Events for recitals and concerts
- Organize correspondence and answers emails
- Present excellent customer-service skills with customers and client
- Prepare and organize reports
- Take notes or transcribe meetings
- Schedules meeting spaces
- Handle confidential employer and client information
- Answer and direct phone calls
Skills:
Fluent, in speaking and Writing English, Good Communications skills, Organized, Prompt, Responsive, Punctual, Trustworthy / Honest, Professional
Job Requirements:
Virtual Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to read and write notes in English
- Minimum 2 Years of experience as Virtual Assistant
- Experience Using CRM, Google Hangouts and zoom
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Can commit to long term employment
- Solid organizational skills
- Stable Internet
- Punctual and dedicated
- Excellent English Grammar and Speaking Skills
Support: Full Paid Training will be provided for 2 weeks
