To start, the agent will be paid for generating qualified appointments. A qualified appointment is when the prospect a) is the decision maker b) understands why we are calling; and c) the prospect shows up to the set appointment.
We have a dialer, CRM, and general script for you to use. It's just a matter of you showing up and setting the appointments. The right person will be considered for opportunities to advance within the company. This is based on experience, aptitude, drive, and performance.
