1. Are fully Bi-lingual in English & Spanish
2. Are good on the phone.
3. Have previous experience calling in real estate, dialing FSBO, Expireds, Circle Prospecting
4. Have general knowledge of the real estate industry.
5. Are reliable, hard worker and will show up to work on time.
6. Are knowledgeable using MOJO dialer.
