Outbound cold calling, some other assistant dudes

Looking for a Virtual Assistant to make outbound calls. We are looking for someone that can make the customer comfortable and get as much detail about their situation as possible. We want to ensure the customer knows who we are and what we do so this assistant will be knowledgeable and understand what questions need to be asked to scope the customers situation and see if this will be a good lead for us. We are not looking for someone who sends leads just to send leads but someone who is knowledgeable in wholesaling real estate and what the requirements are to buy a house from a seller, including motivation and being within a reasonable price range. we would prefer to work with someone who has experience in cold calling for wholesale real estate investors in the past. Must also be an effective communicator both verbal and written. BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS A REQUIREMENT. We work in CST
