Customer Service and Appointment Setting

Real Estate Investment company in Florida (US) is looking for a female phone rep to call homeowners and see if they would like to hear an offer on their property. This is not a sales job, we are looking to buy properties.

If the homeowner is interested in getting an offer from us, you will then ask them some basic questions about their property and add info to our CRM. If they are not interested, then you will need to mark the appropriate disposition and continue calling other homeowners.

We need someone who is great at conversing and can speak great English. We do not want someone that sounds like a call center agent, you will need to speak to these clients as if they were your friend or family member. Laugh with them, engage in conversation etc.

Requirements:

MUST have fast and reliable internet
MUST have USB head set
MUST be fluent in English and sound natural and friendly on the phone
MUST be comfortable speaking to dozens of people per day
MUST be available to work from 10:00 am - 6:30 pm EST Monday - Friday

Preferred:
At least 1 year experience of speaking to customers on the phone
