Growth Strategy
The primary elements of the companys growth strategy include continuing to add new customers in under-penetrated markets; expanding its business in international markets; cross-selling and up-selling existing products into its improving customer base; and selectively expanding its product portfolio by pursuing strategic acquisitions and product development.

Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
The companys GTM network includes a direct sales force, eCommerce capabilities, and indirect sales resources that support its ecosystem of customers worldwide.

The project:
To generate sales leads & sales appointment for the company direct sales force, continuing to add new customers in under-penetrated markets; expanding its business in international markets; cross-selling and up-selling existing products into its improving customer base.

Requirement:
- Assist the company to gather information including decision maker name, direct contacts (email, phone, and address), company size (number of employees, branches), technologies deployed or plan to deploy within company.

- Achieve at least minimum 10 confirmed appointment per week for the company direct sales force; based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)

- Provide detailed information about the appointment, including contact person, date & time, location, why agreed to discuss companys solutions, their current situation, how you arrived at that contact person, etc.

- Send meeting invitation to company direct sales force, and potential clients using Google Calendar

- Update information as per attached file regardless an appointment is made or not.

- Freelancer will require to work on GMT+8 timezone, Malaysia time.

- Appointment setting and lead generation are all from Malaysia and Singapore market..

Company provide:
- A company email address for correspondence

- Google Calendar for appointment scheduling

- Contact list within Google Drive for information updates and calling activities

Attached are our partner profile, which we work closely with, along with some product information, and overview of information that need to be updated on daily / weekly basis.
