Business Development/ Internal salesperson

A Startup in AdTech Field is looking for talented Business Development/ Internal salesperson
Our Business is a marketplace that matches mortgage seekers with potential lenders and related services in the US. TIME ZONES PST - EST

Responsibility:
Generating new business opportunities and making sales

This is a key position, you will be required to act accordingly -
Be smart, focused, and with high work ethics.
You should be able to sort things out and make decisions.

Minimal requirements:
- Fluent English - verbal and written
- Motivation
- Fast Learner

Preferred Qualities and Knowledge
- Passion for business development, sales
- You're familiar with Lean Startup methodology, You read “The Lean Startup”, by Eric Ries
- Proficiency in G Suite productivity tools, such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms

Compensation:
Training time: $3 per hour
Base pay $5 per hour
Bonus for achieving KPI $2 - $5 per hour

The current workload will depend on your fit for the job, and integration speed with the project.
