Salespeople and other roles for new sales agency

So we need salespeople, specifically for a project we're starting of calling Indian restaurants in the USA for our client New England Social Media Agency

I need someone who is comfortable on video, has sales experience, and can present themselves well. We have 75+ leads that each need a video proposal. Tell me if you're comfortable on video and about your sales experience in your proposal. Thanks.

We pay $5 per hour base + 1/3 of the commission for the first year, we did some math and we figure that eventually the average caller can earn $35+ per hour. Our basic business model is that we use our cash as a risk buffer between the clients that want commission only and the salespeople who want base + commission.

There's lots more to say. We plan on scaling fast.
