We are a Real Estate company out of Virginia that primarily focused on acquiring single family homes at certain under-market prices. We spend a lot of money on marketing via cold calling , direct mail, and other strategies to generate Seller leads. These leads are then stored in a database called Podio.
Your job as the follow-up manager is simple:
--> Call these leads in the database and find qualified motivated seller leads using a simple 1 page script. Once these leads are identified you will then either doa live transfer to our Acquisition close or setup a follow up time for our closer to get on the call. That's it.
NOTE: This is NOT a cold calling positon where you are calling thousands of people an hour on a triple dialer to a list. This is a more specialized role to leads that have already expressed a bit of interest and need to be followed up on
Tools you will be provided:
- Access to our Podio database
- Xencall dialer to dial the leads
-Scripts
-Training videos
Are you someone who:
-Has strong communication skills?
-See's themselves as a people person and likes to talking to people?
-Is a hard worker and believes they get paid what they work for?
-Good positive attitude?
-Attentive and will work necessary hours and go above and beyond?
