Cold caller for digital marketing agency

I'm looking for a motivated individual to partner up with for my digital marketing agency. I need someone with cold calling experience and someone who has excellent English speaking skills (American accent will be preferred).

You will be:
- calling local businesses in the home services industry during business hours in the US (CST)
- speaking with decision makers and selling them websites

This job is a 2-week trial at first. I will pay $5/hr for around 10 hours of calling per week + a $50 commission for every website sold.
If you are selected on a long term basis, the fee will be negotiable and the hours will be increased.
