Cold Caller

I am a real estate investor and need someone to cold call prospective sellers from lists I will provide.
I would prefer someone with real estate experience. This will be a permanent weekly job,,staring at about
5 hours per week and increasing hours as we purchase houses. I will pay hourly rate plus a $300.00
bonus for every house purchased thru your efforts. My goal is to purchase 2 houses per month.
