I expect agents to call consumers with leads that I provide. Execute a phone script and follow it up with a questionnaire. If the customers are interested, email them the closing information that I will provide to the agent and let the consumers know that I will be following up with the call to them. After the file gets approved, they will be paid$500 per completed file within 2 weeks. I need all agents working for me to be familiar with mortgage refinancing or real estate.
