We are looking for ONLY THE BEST telesales agents. This campaign is outbound and agents are required to open & close all of their own calls. Their is an opportunity for an upsell at the end of the call for additional commission. All commissions are paid out weekly via Outbounders as long as the client doesn't cancel the program the same week.
Our Ideal Hire:
- Has at least 3 years of Outbound Sales Experience, with collecting payment information or collections experience
- Goal oriented
- Will work 40 hours a week, Monday thru Friday (this is NOT a Part Time position), do not apply if you are working less than 35 hours a week
- Able to work Monday thru Friday from 9am - 5pm EST
- Is Ethical, Team Player, Coachable, Timely, No Excuses, Driven
Our infrastructure will allow for messaging between manager and agent, take over of calls, coaching on live calls to assist in sales process. If an agent ever needs help, our managers are always happy to help during working hours.
