Cold Calling for Real Estate

We are a California-based real estate investment company, run by a husband and wife team, looking for an experienced cold caller to call home owners in California to inquire about selling their home to us. Experience with cold calling motivated sellers is preferred. We pay $7/hour to start with, and expect to have about 10-15 hours of work per week, to start. We also pay a bonus for every house that we purchase or list that came from a lead you spoke with. We would need you to make calls during business hours Pacific Standard Time.

Applicants should have these qualities:

People person - It’s important that you like people and are genuinely interested in them and their well-being. Being able to have a conversation in a personable manner and making our clients feel good talking with you is important!

Positive Attitude - People who will excel in this position are coachable and open to constructive criticism to get better quickly, and are not afraid of rejection.

Great English skills - You need to be very comfortable with the English language, have good use of grammar, and be able to conduct a conversation with ease. Need to be comfortable asking the client personal questions regarding the condition of their home or property, or other personal situations that might be influencing their desire to sell.

Reliable - Need to be able to consistently show up to work and have a quiet place to make calls with reliable internet connection.

Tech savvy - Need to know how to use a smartphone, google chrome, and learn how to use web based applications. Experience with Mojo dialer is a plus.

And we buy the home as-is, so you don’t have to put any money into it to fix it up before selling.
