This role requires that a tele sales agent be energetic, friendly and a very good listener. The Agent will be seeking to identify and speak with owner/decision makers within vocational schools here in the US. The Agent's duties are to identify opportunities to offer tuition funding programs through the school. The Agent will be conducting friendly interviews and gathering information. And at that time be submitting the information into a CRM (provided) positioning STRONG leads for a Proud Star Account Manager to close.
Since I'm new to outbounders.com I'll be paying an hourly rate (to start) of $8.00/per hour and a $10.00 bonus for each strong lead that a Proud Star Account Manager closes.
